NB Projects is a building, electrical, painting, maintenance and compliance company in Cape Town's Southern Suburbs, founded in 2009 by Brandon Hansen and now run by three partners.

Before

Most of the work came from repeat clients and referrals. Someone who'd been told about NB Projects had nowhere solid to check them out, and nothing showed that one company could do the building, the electrics, the painting and the certificates.

What we built

A site that shows the whole company, and gets each trade found on its own.

Six division pagesProject management, building, electrical, painting, compliance certificates and maintenance each get a page with their services, the partner who runs it and client reviews.
Set up to be found locallyEvery page tells Google what NB Projects does, which suburbs it covers, from Claremont to Constantia, and when it's open, and looks right when shared on WhatsApp.
An enquiry form that never drops a leadThe visitor picks the service they need. The enquiry is saved and emailed to the office, and if one step fails the other still keeps the lead.
A reply straight awayWhoever enquires gets an email with a copy of their message and a promise of a reply within 24 hours.
A real project, room by roomA full house renovation, room by room, with a slider to compare before and after.
An enquiries inboxEvery enquiry in one list, marked handled when it's done and exportable to a spreadsheet.
Content the team updatesThe gallery, testimonials and projects are edited from the same login, so a finished job goes online without asking anyone.
How it runs now

A homeowner in Rondebosch searches for an electrician and lands on the electrical page. She reads a review, picks Electrical and sends the form. The office gets the enquiry headed with the service, she gets her confirmation, and someone marks it handled that evening.
