Know who is playing on Saturday, without chasing a single parent.
Fixtura is software we built for South African schools: the sports coordinators, coaches, parents and pupils who make school sport happen every week.
School sport ran on WhatsApp groups, emails and paper slips. Parents answered late or not at all, then said they never got the message, so nobody knew for sure who was playing on Saturday, and nobody could see what was being said between coaches, parents and pupils.
One place for the whole week of school sport, from the fixture list to the final whistle.
On Monday coaches publish their teams, and parents get a push and an email asking yes or no. Anyone still silent gets a reminder counting down to the deadline. On Saturday the coach sends one notice that the bus leaves at 07:30, the sheet is already full, and the result goes in after the final whistle.

“On a Friday I used to be in six WhatsApp groups trying to work out who was playing. Now I open one screen, I can see who still has to answer, and the coaches chase their own teams.”
A native app in the app stores, Afrikaans, isiZulu and isiXhosa, and clubs with adult players. Further ahead, a fixture between two Fixtura schools is shared, so one change tells both sides.
