What's the setup fee for?

The setup fee covers initial discovery, architecture planning, and project onboarding. It ensures we understand your business before writing a single line of code.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes, any time. Moving up or down takes effect the following month. No penalties, no paperwork.

What happens if I need more hours than my tier includes?

On the Base tier, additional hours are billed at $150/hour. On Starter, Partner, and Scale, if you're consistently exceeding your hours, we'll recommend moving to the next tier for better value.

Do I own the code?

Yes. Everything we build is yours — full source code, full ownership. If you decide to leave, you take everything with you.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. All tiers are month-to-month. The Base tier ($500/month) is required as long as we're hosting and maintaining your systems.

What if I want to cancel entirely?

You can cancel at any time. We'll hand over all source code, documentation, and access credentials. Your systems are yours.
